Appointments

  • PATIENTS WILL BE SEEN APPROPRIATELY BY THE CORRECT CLINICIAN
  • EACH APPOINTMENT IS FOR ONE PERSON WITH ONE PROBLEM
  • BOOK ON THE DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE OFFERED FOR BOTH MORNING AND AFTERNOON

Download our new appointment bookings app to your smartphone for free. ‘myGP’ was developed to make access to healthcare easier and faster for patients. Once downloaded, simply log-in with your date of birth and mobile number and add the people you care for, allowing you to book and cancel appointments for them. It’s really that easy! For more information, please visit: mygp.com

All you need to do is to come into the surgery reception with a form of identification and the receptionist will be able to register you and issue a PIN and password to use our online service. Once you’ve registered with the website you’re away!

It may seem unnecessary to have identification when we probably know you well, but the system belongs to our clinical supplier and they have strict rules about its use.

We will send out text reminders for booked appointments.

We will need your up-to-date mobile numbers, therefore, if you’ve changed your mobile recently, please inform us of the change of number.

We hope that this new facility will reduce the number of missed appointments we have as well as informing patients of health campaigns.

If you have any objections to being sent text reminders, please inform the reception so that your record can be amended.

Consultations:

We will ask for a brief outline of the problem for the doctor’s information, we also have a Nurse Practitioner in practice who is able to deal with minor problems.
