IMPORTANT INFORMATION - The IT department who manages are phone systems have informed the practice that the current server is struggling to deal with the volume of calls into the system at peak times, especially on a Monday morning, which is subsequently having an impact on all local practices including us.
An additional server to manage this issue should be in place by the End of September 2018. The practice apologises for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you bear with us. If however, you experience difficulties after the end of September please let us know.
